Alanna Henry - Co Founder

Alanna is a highly qualified and experienced leadership coach, facilitator, and HR consultant. She co-founded Henry & Harris Partnership to inspire leaders, teams and organisations to explore and achieve the very best outcomes for themselves.

 

Working with senior leaders at board and director level, Alanna has helped leading businesses such as the John Lewis Partnership and Capital & Regional to establish effective people strategies, as well as manage transformation processes through the development of teams and individuals.

 

Alanna is passionate about executive coaching and mentoring, to which she brings a winning combination of support, challenge and empathy. She is achievement-driven and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Debbie Harris - Co Founder

Debbie has extensive experience as an HR consultant, leadership coach and facilitator. As a co-founder of Henry & Harris Partnership, she is motivated by her passion for people and her desire to see her clients thrive.

 

Having worked in senior roles across multiple sectors, including at the John Lewis Partnership and BSI, Debbie is skilled at delivering future-focused people strategies. She is particularly talented at developing happy and engaged workforces to give businesses real competitive advantage.

 

Debbie has a natural aptitude for understanding people. As a coach and mentor, her warmth and empathy give her clients the confidence to push themselves to fulfil their most ambitious goals.

One of the ways we do this is by providing coaching and mentoring support via the charity Yes Futures. The charity helps empower young people and improve their confidence, resilience and access to successful futures.
