Coaching for Executives
Our coaching packages are tailored to suit your requirements and range from 6-20 hours per programme. Our approach is bespoke to you but will include:
- Three or more coaching profiles for every client to consider. We suggest a minimum of two chemistry meetings to help you find the best match.
- Contact in between sessions if required.
- Flexibility on whether coaching sessions are online or face-to-face. We tailor our approach to meet your preferred way of working.
- Opportunities to check-in and evaluate the results of the coaching sessions in real time.
- 360-degree feedback as an optional extra.
- Administration of resilience questionnaires or psychometric tools to gather more insights.
Coaching for Directors and Senior Leaders
We provide transition, performance, and growth coaching for directors and senior leaders. Packages are tailored to suit your requirements and range from 6-12 hours per programme. They include:
- 360-degree feedback as an optional element.
- Optional triad meetings with the line manager at the start of the journey to set goals and intentions and again end of the programme to reflect on achievements.

- Packages are tailored to suite your requirements and range from 4-10 hours of coaching.
- We can provide 360-degree feedback as an optional element.
- We can provide triad meeting with line managers at the start of the journey to set goals and intentions and again towards the end of the programme to reflect on the outcomes.

Maternity Coaching
Approaching a period of maternity leave can be very exciting and a little daunting too. We help clients think about the shift in their identity and plan their approach to starting maternity leave, as well as prepare for a successful transition back to the workplace.
Typically, a programme has 1-2 sessions prior to the maternity leave commencing, a check-in point during the maternity leave, followed by one or more sessions at an appropriate point before the return to work.
Wellbeing Coaching
It has never been more important to consider the importance of wellbeing. Coaching can help a client step back and assess their personal wellbeing, their sense of balance and review their energy levels and sources in four key areas – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
